Our Pan Coater KC is a special system with a perforated pan for film and sugar coating, glazing, polishing and drying. The whole pan can be swiveled 180° so that filling and emptying can easily be automated, e.g. with conveyors. During the coating process the pan can be swiveled continuously or discontinuously for a better mixing of the batch. Recipe controlled plants with touch panel and weighing or batching system are an example for additional equipment of a modern plant. The product specific design of our spraying systems will be adapted to your applications. Standard or Z-conveying systems for charging and discharging your coating machine as well as double wall vessels and double jacket hoses will complete your coating system and guarantee a high degree of automation.
