GF S.p.A has worked in the world of industrial automation since 1979, designing and making machines for quality and process control in the pharmaceutical and beverage sectors. All the design and manufacturing stages, from definition of specifications with the customer to final testing, are managed directly in-house by the GF Technical Department to ensure that all the sub-assemblies of the machine are made and integrated in the best possible way.  

In particular, the sector of inspection by cameras (artificial vision) is of great importance. This sector has in recent years taken on increasing importance and penetration in the industrial automation world for its numerous advantages (variety, flexibility and accuracy of controls, possibility of non-destructively checking all the products, high speed and reliability over time, etc) and above all for the very rapid technological growth it is undergoing.

Since it is based on the most recent electronic and computer technologies, artificial vision can take advantage of the rapid improvements of these technologies, and grow in its turn in quality and speed with increasingly competitive costs.
