The Laboratory Crystal® L1 Robot Line is an automated equipment which has been designed to perform the filling of stability batches, clinical batches and niche products production. The equipment can fill up to 600 Closed Vials/hour.
The Laboratory Crystal® L1 Robot Line can be easily operated by a single person and is suitable for installation in different backgrounds: from Grade B clean room up to Grade D surrounding when located inside an isolator. The equipment can also be operated in Grade C when covered by a CVFS.
The Laboratory Crystal® L1 Robot Line only requires electricity to operate (no WFI, no wet utilities, no compressed air).
The main advantages of the Laboratory Crystal® L1 Robot Line are:
Very limited space required as the equipment footprint is approximately 1 sq. m. (~ 10 sq. ft.);
Ready-to-Fill Closed Vials are processed in nests manually positionned. They are automatically filled, laser re-sealed and capped by the L1 Robot line;
Different vial entry procedures and barrier systems according to project specifications and product requirements;
Other types of containers, as for instance open glass vials, can also be filled by this equipment.
