VISIOTT Carton Serialization Station serializes every single pharma carton with thermal inkjet technology in compliance with different global pharmaceutical track and trace regulations. If required,  carton serialization might be implemented through laser CIJ or another relevant system.

The system decodes the printed 1D/2D code on the carton with an industrial high-speed camera and verifies it according to the ISO 15415 standard. The result of this verification determines whether the carton will be verified or rejected. Rejected cartons are removed from the line with a pneumatic piston or air pressure.
