Sterile, ready-to-fill, single-dose syringes supplied in a nest are filled fully automatically and closed with a plunger stopper. Depending on the machine model, the supply and removal of the nests to and from the working area are fully automatic or manual. The operations filling and inserting the plunger stopper are always carried out fully automatically.
With a series of conveyors and other machines upstream and downstream the process can be further automated and extended.
