The pharmaceuticals industry places extremely high demands on compaction processes in order to permit the processing of ultrafine and challenging powders. With the Pharmapaktor C, Hosokawa Alpine has the ideal solution to fulfil the requirements of the industry.
The Pharmapaktor C is available in a number of different machine sizes and can therefore cover a correspondingly wide range of application areas. As a result, Hosokawa Alpine always has the right solution for micro-batch compaction on a laboratory scale (50 g batches) as well as for production capacities up to 400 kg/h.
With the Pharmapaktor® C active substance mixtures are processed into granulate. First the powder is pressed into flakes/pellets. Crushing to granulate takes place in one or two stages with integrated Flake Crusher.
The Pharmapaktor C 250 has gap and screw control. Gap control takes place electromechanically and therefore is particularly low-maintenance.
The rollers are easily accessible and can be disassembled at the front for cleaning.
