Injectables place particularly high demands on packaging materials and production processes. Consequently, regulations require GMP compliant and validatable methods for closing, and especially the sealing and the checking of a closed container. Among all the developed test methods, the high voltage test method, incorporated into the Bosch KLD series, is the most successful. With the KLD, manufacturers have an efficient, effective, flexible, officially recognized and most importantly a validatable test method for ampoules and vials.
