GF can produce and supply complete processing lines both for IV bottles and bags.
The PP granules are first moulded into a "pre-form" using an injection moulding process. The pre-form includes the neck of the bottle, complete with the desired finish, ready for the closure application (welded caps, screw caps, stoppers and aluminium seals).
The pre-forms are then stretched and blown to the final shape of the container, ready to be transferred to the air blowing, filling, and capping monobloc machine, which can be designed also to process oxygen sensitive liquids.
