The new model, restyled on the renowned PA press, has undergone changes in its design as well as in the electronics. The mechanic elements, very solid and well-proven over the years, have remained unchanged.

The outer case consists of stainless-steel panels and transparent polycarbonate flaps, completely foldable for easy maintainance and easy access for shape change and mechanical servicing. The inner lining is made of sound-absorbing material to reduce ambient noise levels.

Available in versions between 15-32 stations, for Ronchi and Euronorma tooling, PA Milano displays a rounder and more compact shape than the previous PA press.

All major parametres such as proportioning, compression, output speed, feeding speed, can be changed and viewed thanks to an industrial PC with touch screen connected to a steerable mechanical arm. Other viewable accessory pages are: machine data, batch data, products chart, punch condition, force trend graph, maintainance and diagnostics.

It is possible to print files of the main production data.

PA Milano is equipped with Software Press Tutor for automatic control of tablet weight: the compression stress change is detected through a load cell, thus allowing to keep the tablet weight within the pre-set limits. The system keeps the tablet weight constant and rejects tablets out of tolerance.
