The entire production process takes place inside the firm. It begins with the purchase of the best Austrian and Swedish steel which is chosen according to the needs of customers and according to the powder/granules to be compressed. In a second time the production process continues with the necessary working and with the final control of every single tool.

The staff in charge of the tool production is periodically informed about all the innovations in the automation field. All the machine tools are numerically controlled and subjected to an accurate maintenance program so that evey producted tool is in compliance with the control index imposed by the set of rules in force.

Ronchi tools, Euronorm type B, type D, multiposition and interchangeable tools for every kind of tablet press are producted.

Our customers are not only pharmaceutical/chemical and food companies but also the main Italian and foreign producers –on behalf of third parties- of generic medicines. Several are the contracts of exclusive supplies that have been drawn up with prestigious mutinationals.

Our technical tool department is always at disposal to collaborate with Universities and Pharmaceutical Technical Laboratories in order to create new tablets and to find together the best solutions for the most difficult products.

We attach particular importance to those products “difficult to be compressed”. For this reason we have been using special antiadhesive and antiwear coverings. This solution permits a succesful production of effervescent tablets and other powder of difficult compression.

As there are different kinds of coverings, tests are carried out in presence of customers in order to find the most suitable covering for every type of product. Some of the most used are: superficial covering in PVD superlatex and superficial covering in TIN, titanium nitride.
