The RP4 is based around a 6-axis robot which picks up incoming cases and places them on the pallet according to pre-programmed recipes.

Associated functionality including ink-jet printing and labelling or weighing the cases will be completed at high speed.

The modular design of the RP4 allows for customization of the palletizing section to increase machine autonomy, like the empty pallet waiting station or the full pallet exit station. This machine can house optional units like the empty pallet magazine or the slipsheet magazine within a very compact frame.

RP4 palletizer has been conceived to be stand alone or integrated with case packers thanks to its extremely easy plug-in connection.
