The RASR Series semi-automatic machines are used  for filling and capping  pre-formed IV bags of various capacities and materials.

In the basic unit, one operator loads the empty, pre-formed, bags manually. As option, a fully automatic feeding system can be installed. The dosing section is equipped with mass-flow meters that guarantee an accurate and stable filling process.

An industrial PC controls the system. All product recipes are reached via a touchscreen display (HMI).

The machine can be equipped with one or two closing stations, depending on the type of bag to be processed.
