The A&V GS Series of fully automated inspection machines especially process syringes and cartridges filled with injectable products.

They can also integrate a number of additional inspection stations for additional controls relevant to the appearance of the barrel (cosmetic checks) like:

• Integrity of the finger grip (flange)
• Correct position of the plunger
• Cracks in the barrel
• Liquid presence within the ribs of the plunger
• Presence, position and integrity of the needle shield

The A&V GS Series machines can work in line with upstream and downstream units or complemented with denesting and renesting devices.
