The design of the equipment offers excellent performance for processing materials used in the sterile area and/or finished product terminal sterilization.
-
Highly robust and reliable: A rectangular cross-section chamber with two hinged doors, constructed completely in AISI 316 stainless steel. It has 3 filtering stages in the inlet assembled from F8, G4 and H14 filters. It has HEPA 99.99% type filters on the exit side of the chamber, with special ceramic frames, that guarantee the correct operation and integrity for Class 100 (ISO 5) at operating temperatures of 250 ºC. These filters are not fitted for Class 10,000 (ISO 7) environments; instead the exit has a HEPA 99.97%, high temperatures filter.
-
Sanitary design: All the unit's component and pipes (valves, heat exchangers, fans, filters, etc.) are supplied with quality certificates, in accordance with pharmaceutical industry standards, and have been designed for a long operating life and easy maintenance.
-
Production performance: The unit has electrical elements to heat the load, dimensioned to offer an optimum energy and time balance and a water-cooled heat exchanger to cool the load rapidly.
- Easy to operate: The standard control system is comprised of a PLC connected to a touch screen terminal. A 3-channel recorder and thermal printer complete the MicroSter control, supervision and recording system. As an option, it can be supplied with a SCADA system.
