ZETA Freeze & Thaw Systems are the solution for bridging time and distance for temperature-critical pharmaceutical products and solutions. This entails the deep-freezing of product solutions under controlled conditions in order to extend the durability of the product. Once frozen, the product can be stored and/or transported.

Transport via land, water or air is possible for the bridging of distance. The ZETA FreezeContainer is dimensioned to fit into an LD3 air-freight container.

Periods of time can be bridged by storing the ZETA FreezeContainer in a cold-storage room or by connecting it to a cooling station in order to keep it at the desired temperature for a long period.

Thawing is perfomed in a controlled manner up to a specific maximum temperature. After this, the product can be cooled in the FreezeContainer for further production steps.
